We offer online and in-person Sugaring courses with Humble Bee Owner Dulcinea and Master Educator Heather.
Tier 1 | $45
Introduction to Sugaring (Online Live Stream)
Learn the theory of Sugaring hair removal, the kinds of Sugaring pastes we recommend and the supplies and set up you will need to get started as a Sugarist. The second half of the class will be a Q&A open to all. This live class will host a maximum of 8 attendees so that everyone gets to ask questions. As a course graduate, you will get access to our Education group chat for 1 month to get help and support from our educators as you begin your Sugaring journey.
Tier 2 | $125
Sugaring Technique 101 (Online Live Stream)
You will take part in a live practice with help and feedback provided. As a course graduate, you will get access to our Education group chat for 1 extra month to get help and support from our educators as you begin your Sugaring journey. This class will host a maximum of 4 attendees so that you can make the most out of your time with your educator. Kit not included.
Class requirements:
Our Tier 1 "Introduction to Sugaring" class must be completed before you can take part in this Tier 2 online live stream
Must purchase a basic Sugaring kit separately. Amazon links will be provided as recommendations. A basic kit can range between $70 and $100 depending on the brands and quantities you order
Tier 3 | $950
Advanced Sugaring (In-Person Training)
In this 12-hour course over two days, you will learn all the ins and outs of Sugaring Hair Removal as well as practice on all parts of the body, including Brazilians. This course will host a maximum of 6 attendees so that you can make the most out of your time with your educator and fellow students. You will leave with the skills, knowledge and confidence to pursue a Sugaring career!

Course requirements:
Both our Tier 1 "Introduction to Sugaring" and Tier 2 “Sugaring Technique 101” classes must be completed before you can take part in this Tier 3 in-person course
To take this course, you must be licensed as either an Esthetician or a Cosmetologist by the State Board in the State you are training in
To get the most out of your training, we ask that you grow your own hair out in preparation for this course, so that students can practice on each other. This allows you to not have to find training models for this course

Hi! My name is Heather and I was born and raised in Southern California 🐻 I met my husband in our hometown of Temecula 🍷 and after 3 years of dating we got engaged and moved to Las Vegas 🎰 to buy our first home and help Sprouts Farmers Market grow by opening more locations in Nevada. After 10 years I decided I needed a change in career! I took the esthetics program at Aveda Institute 👩🏫 I loved working with all natural products! 🧴After graduating I took my first stepping stone job at a waxing place. I immediately fell in love with hair removal! But I knew there had to be something better than hot wax! 🕯️ That’s when I found Humble Bee! Using a sugar paste 🍯 instead of wax seemed right up my alley since it’s all natural! I never looked back after that! Now fast forward to almost 7 years later ➡️ I had an amazing opportunity to move back to my home town where we opened up our first So Cal location. I am now living my passion by helping Humble Bee grow and training others how to sugar 📚 Going from loving being a worker bee 🐝 at Humble Bee to a now being Humble Bee’s success coach and master educator makes me feel like I’m living my dream every single day! ✨

Sugaring Specialist - After working as a freelance make-up artist and product specialist for a variety of cosmetic and skin care lines, I realized that what really mattered to me was sharing and giving the gift of beauty in all its mediums. Sugaring became a passion as I matured as an esthetician specializing in Brazilians and founded Humble Bee in 2014 in Las Vegas. I am now located in San Rafael and look forward to spreading the word about Sugaring in California!
